Copper is one of the primary resources in the Lightyear Frontier, and you can use it to upgrade your new farm to all-new heights and other facilities. Unlike stone, wood, and Aluminum, the cooper is challenging to find, but no worries. Below is a comprehensive guide to getting copper in Lightyear Frontier.
To collect Copper Ore in Lightyear Frontier, upgrade your Mech’s Saw and complete a mission in Edge Cliffs.
Upgrade Your Mech’s Saw
First, to upgrade this Saw, you must gather Aluminum from ore veins in Meadows or Pine Heights. This will open new opportunities for mech upgrades. You can do this by creating an upgrade structure with Aluminum and Stone, then docking your Mech and accessing the small screen opposite it. Using 5 Aluminum Parts, upgrade the Mech’s Spike Saw. You can now get Copper from Copper Ore veins.
Collect Copper Ore
Once your Saw is upgraded, go to Edge Cliffs and commence a mission to clean up/purify the south area of The Meadows. Utilize your Mech vacuum to destroy all weeds until the in-game meter reaches 100%. After completing this activity, take some time to rest. On such a day, veins begin to develop around copper ore.
These veins are frequently challenging to identify since they are hidden beneath trees or at high points in a sub-area. Once found, use the Upgraded Saw to extract copper ore.
